Tiffin is a great example of the saying "less is more"; a delectable culinary creation that is far greater - and more delicious - than the sum of its parts.
With just eight ingredients (plus the help of some baker's magic and lots of testing) we're pretty sure we've achieved tiffin perfection: a buttery, sweet and crunchy base with a fiery kick of ginger and chewy raisins, topped with rich, smooth dark chocolate.
